I am Craig W. Ispas, and my wife, Mary Jo, and I are the proprietors of CWI Construction. We have 35-years of custom home building & property development, and/or residential & commercial improvement experience.
Our family has relocated back to Oregon, after 27-years of custom home building in California. We are thankful to be back. We are especially pleased to be in Bend. The people, quality-of-life and beauty of the outdoors are incredible! We look forward to sharing in all that Central Oregon offers, and equally forward to contributing.
I am dedicated to construction; it is my job, my hobby and an important part of my life. I approach every project from an artisan perspective and realize that each undertaking requires a unique solution. I believe it is important to develop property to its full potential. With integrity as a foundation, I am committed to quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
I hold a general contractors license in Oregon and *California and have hands-on experience with several construction trades, including electrical and plumbing in California. I consider understanding my clients and their vision for their property paramount. I have always worked close with architects and have built homes that have exclusive designs, which have provided me the experience to accept distinctive projects.
My skill set and knowledge, combined with hard work and dedication, ensures each project is a smooth building experience and a success.

*Oregon is our home now, it is where we will build our DREAM HOME. However, we will remain licensed in CA so we can continue to take care of our clients that have trusted us over the years. It is a must, in our view.

To whom it may concern,
This letter is written for the purpose of describing the quality and timeliness of the construction and
remodeling work performed by contractor Craig W. lspas, for me regarding the addition of a 14x14
room to my residence.
This room was done to look like it was built when this residence was built in June of 2000, rather than just an addition, at this time.
Mr. lspas did all the work himself, rather then hiring some subs. However, when he builds a house or
anything that size, top of the line subs are used, with him functioning as the supervising contractor.
He has 30 years of experience, which is demonstrated by his concise effort of performing outstanding quality work with quality materials, keeping in mind what the goal and timeliness is of the completed job.

Thank you for helping us realize our dream. It has been incredible these past months to live here in such a wonderful area. Our home turned out to be so much more than we had ever hoped. In 1996 we selected Craig Ispas to be our contractor for the home we were building in Fallbrook. It turned out to be a very fortunate selection. Craig proved himself to not only be capable, but extremely honest in all his dealings with us. He surrounded himself with good workers and when an occasion arose where there was a problem, he would see that it was corrected even if it meant doing the work himself to get it done properly.
Since our home has been completed Craig has made himself available to us when we have had a question. We are one of the fortunate ones that have said it was fun building our house!
